One of the most important aspect of LeaseTool is managing the stores. LeaseTool allows for quick and easy addition of stores. In the example LeaseTool database, there are 5 stores. In this example we are going to add 1 additional store called "XYZ".
Adding the Store
1. From the LeaseTool control screen's control panel click on stores icon . Clicking this icon will show the store information screen.
2. On the stores information screen, click "Add New Store" from the file menu. Clicking the "Add New Store" clears all the fields on the store information screen.
3. Fill in information pertaining to the store:
On the Store Tab
- In the "Name" field, enter "XYZ".
- In the "Number" field, enter "20".
- Completing all other fields on the store tab are optional.
Once the store name, store number are entered, the store will automatically be added to the database once a new tab is selected or the stores information screen is closed.
When a new property management company is found when the save button is clicked, a message box will appear confirming the addition of the property management company. If the name is correct click OK, otherwise click cancel. This message will appear because "XYZ property management" is a new property management company.
