Another feature LeaseTool provides is a contact management for each store. LeaseTool provides tabs for property management companies, attorneys, and 1 additional alternate contact, such an HVAC contractor or a security company. In the example LeaseTool database, there are 4 property management companies, 2 attorneys and 4 additional contact. stores. In this example we are going to add 1 property management company called "ABC property management".

Adding the Property Management Company
From the LeaseTool control screen's control panel click on stores icon . Clicking this icon will show the store information screen.
From the store information screen's control panel, find store 20, XYZ, and click it.
Fill in information pertaining to the property management company
Set company to "ABC property management"
All other information is optional.
Once the property management's company is entered and either another tab is selected, another store is selected, or the store information screen is closed, LeaseTool tries to find a match for the property management company. If a match is found, LeaseTool will automatically update this information. If a property management company is not found, LeaseTool will prompt asking if it should add the new company. When this occurs, select "Save as New" to save the new property management company.
