Adding Basic Lease Information

Once a store has been added, basic information about the lease such as commencement date, can be entered.

Adding Basic Lease Information

Once a store is added to the database, basic lease information can be added to LeaseTool.  

1.  From the store information screen's control panel, find store 20, XYZ, and click it.

2. Click the Lease Info tab.

• In the Lease Date field, enter "9/1/2002".

• In the Commencement Date field, enter " 10/1/2002"

• In the Initial Term field, enter "5"

• All information on the lease tab should be filled in, but is optional.

3. On the LeaseTool Control Screen

• Change the year selector to the year 2007.

• Change the month selector to October and notice the lease expiration icon appears on 10/1/2007.  This icon will appear on the date the lease expires.
